These Terms govern your use of the website and applications provided by GTM Accel LLC ("GTM Accel"). By using them, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of our software

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our apps and site for their intended purpose. Don't misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with them except where the law permits.

2. App Store apps

Apps distributed via the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store Terms. Where those conflict with these Terms for an App Store app, Apple's terms control for that app.

3. Intellectual property

All software, design, text, and branding are owned by GTM Accel LLC or our licensors. The "GTM Accel" name and logo may not be used without written permission.

4. Disclaimers & liability

Our website and apps are provided "as is," without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, GTM Accel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.
